frustrated marvel consumer

I bought an undercounter 30" wide Marvel as well. It was noisy and didn't work. The drawers were not the same temperature... about a 10 degrees difference. And it froze the food , even after assigning it to a low setting.
A Marvel repair person came over three times to try to fix it.
No luck. So, it was replaced. The second Marvel refrigerator had the same problem and the repairman attempted again to fix it.
After months of waiting for parts, he gave up. I was able to return the refrigerator.
I'm relieved not to be dealing with that company (that was a lot of time wasted).

I bought the double 30" drawer unit. It has worked for perhaps a week. We had it repaired for $900.00 at one point. We are unable to return it so now have a two onion and potato drawers that cost $2700. The company will give you the run around until you give up

We've had the same problem. That little fan is horrible (actually there are two of them). I bullied the distributor to fix it but now it is squeeling again.
To top it off, for the past week it refuses to get any colder than 41 degrees. Note that this is right in the FDA danger zone.
We bought Sub-Zero freezer drawers at the same time and they are working perfectly.
I'll never buy a Marvel product again. Absolute garbage!
